Calceolaria Copper Hand Painted Silk Scarf Square
Description
This scarf is hand-painted by Keka with a watercolor technique. Its big square shape makes it perfect to wear on your hair or hip for a colorful touch to your day. Because the color moves freely across the fabric, no two scarves come out exactly alike.

About the Flower
Known locally as "zapatito," Calceolaria is a genus with many species endemic to Chile, named for its pouch-shaped blooms — small, slipper-like flowers that appear in warm coppery and cool blue tones.
From the Brand
Keka is a Chilean textile artist working in silk painting. Every piece carries the small, unrepeatable marks of something made entirely by hand. Keka draws her palette and motifs from Chile's native flora, translating the color and gesture of its endemic flowers onto silk.
